Responsibilities include receiving and depositing all funds belonging to organization; processing member dues and working with Secretary to ensure dues are paid in a timely fashion; preparing and signing checks in payment of bills authorized for payment on behalf of organization; primary holder of BALRA credit card (responsible for purchases, payments and reconciliation); maintaining financial records of organization; and preparing/issuing financial reports on financial condition of organization for each meeting. |
