Thalamus is the Premiere, Cloud-Based Interview Management Platform specifically designed for recruitment of large cohorts in corporate/academic environments.  The software provides a comprehensive online interview reservation and travel experience via a real-time scheduling system – online and mobile.
Thalamus was established by a grassroots collaboration of medical students, physicians and hospital administrators to address the inefficiencies in the Graduate Medical Education (GME) recruitment process.  It is currently being used at 150+ of the top academic medical centers nationally (including Stanford, UCSF, Harvard, Hopkins, Mayo Clinic and more) and scheduling interviews for >20,000 applicants annually.  Given the similarities to the Law School Recruiting process, Thalamus has now planned expansion of the product to accommodate your industry.
For Law School Recruiting Managers, Thalamus would streamline communication by allowing applicants to self-schedule interviews, thereby eliminating unnecessary phone calls and emails.  The software handles all of the confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling, so administrators can focus on the “personal touch.”  Additionally, Thalamus manages data, creates automatic factsheets, customizes scoring algorithms and more (including data reports for revenue sharing) to optimize candidate recruitment.
Please join us for a free demonstration of the product on Thursday, November 3rd at noon in WSGR’s Palo Alto and San Francisco offices.  We are interested in establishing a pilot project with BALRA members to tailor our product to meet your firms' specific needs.  We are actively recruiting participants interested in trialing our scheduling product, which has filled 500 interview positions in less than an hour without a single email or phone call!
Please visit our website at www.thalamusgme.com to read about what we're currently accomplishing in medicine and more information. We look forward to meeting you and thank you for the opportunity to present to your group.
