Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
The Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator is responsible for organizing and executing law student and entry-level recruitment, hiring and integration for the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. This coordinator will report to the Attorney Recruiting & Development Manager and collaborate on strategic talent development initiatives with the broader Attorney Recruiting & Development Department. This role is designed to be a highly visible position with significant exposure to office leadership. This coordinator will work closely with local hiring partners, recruiting committee members, and senior leadership in the Attorney Recruiting & Development Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and execute all aspects of law student and entry‐level recruiting and hiring for the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices.
Oversee full cycle recruiting for law students and entry-level candidates, including soliciting feedback from interviewers and preparing candidate files.
Assist with onboarding summer, entry-level and lateral associates, and off-track attorneys, including collaborating on orientation and integration of the same.
Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of the summer associate program by scheduling and administering orientation, organizing training programs, planning social events, and tracking summer associate performance and utilization.
Serve as primary contact to law school career service departments and law student groups to collaborate on interview programs, sponsorship events, and other law school engagement opportunities.
Organize law student interview programs and coordinate schedules and logistics, as well as prepare necessary documents.
Arrange Quarterly Associate Happy Hours, Welcome Receptions for new attorneys, and other office events while collaborating with the facilities department and vendors.
Maintain law student and entry-level hiring data, respond to law school statistic inquiries, design, and administer surveys, and provide data as needed.
Maintain candidate application information in recruitment database (viDesktop) and ensure accurate and timely entry of the same.
Provide support on special projects and administrative assignments as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Must be listed on resume to be considered):
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or client service role required.
This is an in-office role and will be expected to be in the office 4-5 days per week.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Prior recruiting experience is ideal; legal recruiting experience is preferred.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred.
Proficiency and experience with social media outlets such as LinkedIn preferred is preferred.

SALARY
Bay Area based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $82,000 – $96,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
