We are currently seeking a talented and reliable Research & Support Assistant for our San Francisco Office. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor local legal market news
· Schedule client, recruiter and candidate meetings, interviews, and video conferences
· Prepare background materials for candidate and client meetings
· Update and maintain all components of database research, including market intelligence, target lists, meeting notes, and other essential information, ensure data integrity and oversee knowledge management
· Provide administrative practice support to 2-4 Recruiters, including developing expense reports, arranging travel and event planning
· Perform directed research from Mlegal’s database and other internet based sources about candidates and law firms
· Perform other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Professional demeanor, sound judgment, ability to multi-task, and a high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality are required
· High level proficiency in written and oral communications with strong attention to detail
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Previous experience supporting and communicating with high level executives and clients, preferably in a recruiting or law firm
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
· Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
