Job Posting: Staff Talent Acquisition Assistant (Temporary)

We have a temporary opening for an assistant who will provide clerical and administrative support to the Staff Recruiting Department. This position will be based in the San Jose office with the ability to travel to the Mountain View office.

Responsibilities include: calendar management (specifically as it applies to scheduling interviews), job posting and maintaining and refreshing the postings to various relevant sites, facilitating the interview process (including candidate testing), and conducting reference checks. 

​We seek a detail-oriented self-starter who has at least one year of human resources/recruiting experience. This individual will be able to handle confidential information, input data accurately, work effectively with minimal supervision and prioritize workload.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
