Cooley is seeking an Associate Development Manager which is a new position focused on the staffing, utilization, and professional development of first and second year corporate associates in the Palo Alto office. The Associate Development Manager will also help support the associate evaluation process as well as recruiting, professional development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help create and shape a new function in support of associate development at Cooley.
Candidates must have a JD and 4+ years of experience practicing as a corporate attorney, preferably in a large law firm environment. 2+ years' experience in staffing, professional development or practice support is preferred. Successful candidates will have the ability to establish rapport and build relationships and credibility with internal stakeholders.
