Job Posting: Associate Development Manager (Corporate)

Cooley is seeking an Associate Development Manager to focus on Associate development in the Corporate department. Working closely with practice group leadership and team members in both Professional Development and Legal Talent, the Associate Development Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing junior associate staffing, utilization and development.

Candidates must have a JD and 4+ years of experience practicing as a corporate attorney, preferably in a large law firm environment. 2+ years experience in staffing, professional development or practice support is preferred. Successful candidates will have the ability to establish rapport and build relationships and credibility with internal stakeholders.
