The Talent Assistant supports and coordinates the efficient and effective operation of the Talent Management Department by providing an administrative service to managers and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

College degree required.

No experience required.
Special Knowledge: 
Law firm recruiting and professional development.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Firm computer software
Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to work with a team of highly-skilled professionals in situations that require diplomacy and confidentiality; detail-oriented; financial and statistical reporting skills; relationship building skills; people and project management skills; ability to maintain a good rapport with various personnel at all levels.
Other Qualifications:
Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and see projects through to completion. Must score 76 or higher on Firm’s clerical spelling test; must score 40 wpm with a 2% or less error rate on the Firm’s clerical typing test.
