The Los Angeles office of Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP ("JMBM") seeks a full-time Recruiting Coordinator with experience in a law firm environment. Primary responsibilities include coordination of the summer associate program, fall on-campus interviewing, and lateral associate recruiting. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as superior analytical, planning and organizational skills. A high degree of professionalism and discretion about sensitive matters is required. The ability to work in a team, while also handling individual responsibilities and adapting to rapidly changing priorities is also a must. A Bachelor’s degree is required. •Coordinates scheduling, screening and callback interviews with lateral associate candidates.
•Coordinates all aspects of fall on-campus interview (OCI): registers for OCI schedules; prepares and distributes interview schedules and materials to interviewers; compiles interview evaluations; and schedules callback interviews.
•Coordinates all aspects of the 10 week summer associate program: helps plan and execute social events and training programs, including attending such events; monitors work assignments and the evaluation process.
•Acts as a point of contact for attorneys, summer associates and applicants.
•Assists with planning attorney training and diversity programming.
•Maintains LawCruit and attorney files.
•Maintains and updates firm database of CLE courses and certificates.
•Performs administrative duties, including responding to inquiries, processing department expenses and maintaining spreadsheets.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB-RELATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
•Knowledge of relevant computer software programs (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum of three years recruiting, development, and/or program coordination experience in a professional services environment. Law firm experience is preferred.
